TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM35.00 nett per bed per night without breakfast.
• Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM50.00 nett per bed per night with breakfast.
• Meal rates are\as shown below.
• Buffet breakfast and buffet meals for Children below 2 years old are free of charge. Meals from ala carte menu shall be charged accordingly.
• No extra room charges for children 12 years and below sharing room with parent.
• Rates are not subject to any Peak Period Surcharge.
• Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
• Check In Time : 2.00 pm
• Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Extended check-out during Peak Period :
  - Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed
  - After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
• Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
• Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

A one night room charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation not made within 8 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
